He led the development of the company's BPM center of excellence, wrote the influential books BPM - The Third Wave and IT Doesn't Matter - Business Processes Do. He co-founded BPMI that developed standards for BPMS and BPMN and now leads CSC's Collective Intelligence program - applying innovation methods to solve critical business problems."
My talk will describe how to apply innovation methods in BPM work, and introduce a new notation for visualizing improvement and change in business process. The notation is called Southbeach and is an extension of TRIZ notation.
